The championship will feature competitions in various weight categories for men and women, including:

• Right-Hand & Left-Hand Armwrestling
• Para-Armwrestling (Adaptive categories)
• Team Competitions
• Special Exhibition Matches

Alongside the competitive events, Abuja 2025 will also host coaching workshops, referee training, and an armwrestling development summit.
